From enquiry to shipment
A structured, transparent sequence aligned with international commodity trading practice.
Enquiry & onboarding
Send us your requirement — commodity, specification, quantity, destination and preferred Incoterm. Before negotiations proceed, we complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks on all counterparties.
LOI / ICPO
The buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) on company letterhead, confirming intent, product, quantity and basic terms.
Specifications & pricing
We confirm the full product specification, quantity tolerance, delivery schedule, pricing basis (fixed or index-linked) and payment instrument (e.g. documentary letter of credit).
Sales & Purchase Agreement
Both parties sign an SPA setting out specifications, price, payment, inspection, delivery, title and risk, force majeure, governing law and dispute resolution.
Independent inspection
Quality and quantity are verified by an internationally recognised independent inspection company at the load port, with certificates issued as part of the shipping documents.
Shipment
Cargo is shipped on agreed Incoterms® — typically FOB (buyer arranges the vessel) or CIF (we arrange freight and insurance to the destination port) — with full shipping documentation.
Buyer nominates the vessel
We deliver the cargo loaded on board the buyer’s nominated vessel at the agreed load port. Risk passes once the goods are on board.
We arrange freight and insurance
We contract carriage and minimum insurance to the named destination port. Risk passes at loading; costs are covered to destination.
Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. Other terms may be agreed per transaction. We do not request upfront fees in exchange for documents or product access.
